SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

📦 Shipping

Coverage area: We ship throughout Austria.

Shipping cost:

  • Flat rate: €6.95 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the package.
  • In-store pickup: free. You can pick up your order at our physical location.

Delivery time: Between 2 and 4 business days from payment confirmation. These times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or exceptional circumstances. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Carriers: We work with the Austrian Post company.

Tracking: We'll send you a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

🔄 Returns

Right of withdrawal: In accordance with European Union regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without justification within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

Returns period: You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it if you are not satisfied.

Conditions for return:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must include the invoice or proof of purchase.

Return costs:

  • If the product arrived defective or incorrect, we cover the costs.
  • In any other case, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Return process:

  1. Write to us at info@hola-peru.com, including the order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will respond with instructions and a return address.
  3. Once we receive and review the product, we will issue the refund within 14 business days.
  4. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

❌ Exceptions

We do not accept returns of:

  • Customized or custom-made products
  • Food or perishable products for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • We do not accept returns by cash on delivery (Nachnahme)

⚠️ Defective products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Send us photos of the product and packaging
  • In accordance with the Austrian statutory warranty (Gewährleistung), you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as appropriate.
  • The legal warranty in Austria is 2 years for new products.
