These Terms and Conditions regulate the contractual relationship between HOLA PERU WITH FLAVOR AND LOVE ( hereinafter , "we" , "our" or "the store" ) and users ( hereinafter , "you" , "customer" or "buyer" ) who purchase products through our online store hola - peru . com .
By placing an order on our store , you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions . We recommend that you read this document carefully before making any purchase .

🛒 Purchase process
To place an order in our store , you must follow these steps :
1. Select the desired products and add them to the cart
2. Review your cart and proceed to checkout
3. Provide shipping and billing information
4. Select the payment method
5. Confirm the order
Once the process is complete , you will receive a confirmation email with your order details . The sales contract is considered formalized when you receive this confirmation .
💰 Prices and payment methods
All prices shown in our store include VAT applicable in Austria. ( 20 % ) . Shipping costs are shown separately before checkout .
We accept the following payment methods :

We reserve the right to change prices at any time , but changes will not affect orders already confirmed .
📦 Shipping and delivery
We ship throughout Austria with a flat rate of € 6.95 per order .
The estimated delivery time is 2 - 4 business days from payment confirmation . These deadlines are indicative and may vary depending on external factors such as weather conditions or holidays .
We also offer free pickup option at our physical location .
🔄 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU legislation and Austrian consumer protection law ( Konsumentenschutzgesetz ) , you have the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the product .
To exercise this right , you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of an unequivocal statement. ( for example , an email to info@hola-peru.com ) . You can use the withdrawal form template , although its use is not mandatory .
Once we receive your notification , we will refund all payments received , including shipping costs. ( with the exception of additional costs resulting from the choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive method we offer ) , without undue delay and , in any case , no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw .
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal :
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery
- Products perishables ( food )
- Customized or custom-made products
📦 Returns
To return a product , you must follow these steps :
1. Contact us by email at info@hola-peru.com , indicating the order number and the reason for the return .
2. Wait for our shipping instructions
3. Return the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition
Return costs are borne by the customer , except in the case of defective or incorrect products .
⚠️ Legal guarantee
All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity established in Austrian legislation . ( Warranty ) , which is 2 years for new products .
If you receive a defective product , you have the right to :
- Repair or replacement of the product
- Price reduction
- Termination of the contract ( refund )
To make use of the warranty , you must notify us of the defect within a reasonable time of its discovery .

⚖️ Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Austrian law . Any dispute relating to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Graz , Austria , without prejudice to any rights that may be granted to you by consumer protection legislation .
📝 Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time . Modifications will not apply to orders already placed .
