- El Plebeyo Cancha Corn for Toasting 500g
- La Latina Panca Chili Paste 225g
- Sibarita Garlic Doypack 250g
- Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION:
- Heat oil in a large skillet
- Add the cancha corn and toast until golden brown.
- Mix with panca chili paste while hot
- Sprinkle Sibarita garlic and salt
- Ready to accompany your favorite ceviche!
