  • El Plebeyo Cancha Corn for Toasting 500g
  • La Latina Panca Chili Paste 225g
  • Sibarita Garlic Doypack 250g
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet
  2. Add the cancha corn and toast until golden brown.
  3. Mix with panca chili paste while hot
  4. Sprinkle Sibarita garlic and salt
  5. Ready to accompany your favorite ceviche!
