What kind of Peruvian products do you offer ?
We offer a wide range of authentic Peruvian products , including essential ingredients for Peruvian cuisine . ( such as yellow chili , panca chili , rocoto ) , Andean grains ( quinoa , kiwicha , maca ) , and packaged products ( cookies , snacks , sauces and typical drinks ) .
Are the products imported directly from Peru ?
Yes , all our products are imported directly from Peru , guaranteeing their authenticity and quality .
Do you have information on allergens ?
Yes , in the description of each product you will find detailed information about possible allergens . If you need additional information , do not hesitate to contact us .
What is the expiration date of the products ?
All our products have an expiration date clearly indicated on the packaging . We ensure that all products have a minimum of 3 months shelf life at the time of sale .

How long does it take for my order to arrive ?
The estimated delivery time is 2 - 4 business days from payment confirmation for shipments within Austria .
What is the shipping cost ?
We apply a flat rate of € 6.95 per order for shipping throughout Austria , regardless of the size or weight of the package .
Can I pick up my order in store ?
Yes , we offer free pickup at our physical location on Riesstraße . 206 , 8047 Graz .
Do you ship internationally ?
We currently only ship within Austria . We are working to expand our services to other EU countries in the future .
How can I track my order ?
Once your order is shipped , you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package .
