Vanilla Flan: Easy and Delicious Peruvian Dessert
Ingredients:
- 1 package of Universal Vanilla Flan 250g (available in our store)
- 500ml of milk
- Liquid caramel (optional)
Preparation:
- Pour the contents of the Universal Vanilla Flan package into a container.
- Gradually add 500ml of milk while stirring to avoid lumps.
- Bring the mixture to medium heat, stirring constantly.
- When it begins to thicken and boil slightly, remove from heat.
- Pour the mixture into individual molds or one large mold.
- If you wish, you can add liquid caramel to the bottom of the molds before pouring the mixture.
- Let cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- To serve, carefully unmold onto a plate.
Tips:
- For a more intense flavor, you can add an extra teaspoon of vanilla essence.
- Decorate with fresh fruit like strawberries or peaches for a special touch.
- If you use caramel, the flan will come out of the mold more easily.
