Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Universal Vanilla Flan 250g (available in our store)
  • 500ml of milk
  • Liquid caramel (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Pour the contents of the Universal Vanilla Flan package into a container.
  2. Gradually add 500ml of milk while stirring to avoid lumps.
  3. Bring the mixture to medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. When it begins to thicken and boil slightly, remove from heat.
  5. Pour the mixture into individual molds or one large mold.
  6. If you wish, you can add liquid caramel to the bottom of the molds before pouring the mixture.
  7. Let cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. To serve, carefully unmold onto a plate.

Tips:

  • For a more intense flavor, you can add an extra teaspoon of vanilla essence.
  • Decorate with fresh fruit like strawberries or peaches for a special touch.
  • If you use caramel, the flan will come out of the mold more easily.
